We initially had some interior work done on our home by Daliendo Construction Inc., including knocking out partial walls, texturing, and laying hardwood floors. Their work was unbelievably meticulous and the results were beautiful. They carefully & skillfully laid out the hardwood flooring, arranging the wood to perfection. They truly treated our home as they would their own, keeping the dust and mess to a minimum and going the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied and happy.

Our home was undergoing a major external renovation by Daliendo Construction Inc. the summer of the 4 major Florida hurricanes. All the doors, windows & the roof were being replaced along with other exterior work. There were plywood sheets covering the window & door openings, several temporary walls inside, and no shingles on the roof. With the threat of Charlie looming, the Daliendos were there securing our home even before tending to their own homes, and our structure survived without any damage thanks to their conscientious efforts.

Throughout the construction, the Daliendos worked steadily, arriving whenever they said they would. They oversaw the daily work by their sub-contractors and if they were not satisfied with the work, the crew would be told to do it over or fix the imperfections. Once the work was completed all the debris was whisked out of sight leaving little if anything for us to clean up after the fact.

The end result was an amazing transformation of our once-dated home. We still have people knocking on our door asking who did our work & commenting on the quality of workmanship. Thanks to Daliendo Construction, we have a home we can be proud of!
